Job summary

AAC is seeking a highly motivated IT professional to manage and maintain our technology infrastructure, enterprise applications, network security, and IT operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, VMware, NetApp storage, Fortinet security, and Microsoft 365.

You will serve as the primary technical resource for infrastructure administration, cybersecurity, networking, enterprise applications, and day-to-day IT operations, driving security and reliability improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible IT systems administration or infrastructure operations.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience administering VMware virtualization environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise networking (wired and wireless).
• Familiarity with endpoint security, monitoring systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Manage VMware ESXi hosts, VMs, storage, and VMware Tools.
• Administer NetApp storage systems and management platforms.
• Patch management, upgrades, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain backup systems and perform restoration testing.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, configuration records, and procedures.
• Administer Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, VPN connectivity, and SSL certificates.
• Maintain corporate and guest network infrastructure, switches, wireless systems, and network configurations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID.
• Participate in IT governance, security audits, and ISO compliance activities.
