Job summary

Airtech is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to install, configure, and repair network infrastructure and desktops, provide Level 2 Help Desk support, and ensure security and uptime. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.

The role requires expertise in Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, O365, SDWAN, and security management, with strong project management and vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, IT, or Information Systems or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with System Administration, System Engineering, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Change Management, and Project Management.
• Experience managing audit requirements and creating action plans to address audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, maintain, and upgrade local site network infrastructure, servers and all related hardware in a virtual environment.
• Manage Network Security, accounts, ownership of tracking of network directory’s and software application security.
• Participate in or manage other IT related projects as assigned.
• Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to site to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
