Job summary

OSC Global is seeking a senior Project Manager to guide cross-organizational IT infrastructure initiatives at the Hanford site. You will define tasks, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with multiple departments to deliver software and hardware solutions on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with Agile and SDLC processes. You will oversee risk management, change control, and project reporting, with heavy emphasis on DevSecOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of project management experience in IT.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.
• REAL ID Act compliant documentation at time of hire.
• Experience with infrastructure projects and SDLC (Waterfall/Agile).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules with resource allocations.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure on-time delivery within budgets.
• Provide ROM and detailed cost estimates using approved processes.
• Track costs and manage variances throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Document change control items and assess impact on schedule, scope, or cost.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; promote quality.
• Ensure DevSecOps and production support policies are followed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and ensure deliverables.
• Create Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps; plan sprints.
