Job summary

WA River Protection Solutions is seeking a mid-to-senior Project Manager for Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, safety, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional team leadership from planning through turnover.

You will coordinate multi-million-dollar electrical and instrumentation projects, ensure baselines and schedules, and drive submittals, changes, and compliance with permits across complex industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical/I&C PM or controls.
• Grade levels require 10 or more years for advanced scope with equivalent education.
• Experience delivering multi‑million-dollar electrical/instrumentation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large electrical/instrumentation construction projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Develop integrated project plans and baselines; manage schedules, cost, and scope.
• Chair constructability reviews and coordinate SOWs, RFP evaluations, and subcontract oversight.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical/ I&C field execution and controls integration.
• Oversee safety, quality, progress, and change management; track submittals and RFIs.
• Interface with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Environmental, IH/RadCon and vendors.
• Drive documentation control and turnover packages; mentor supervisors and teams.
