Job summary

OSC Technical Solutions, located at Hanford, WA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-organizational IT infrastructure initiatives and ensure on-time delivery aligned with contracts. You will define tasks, budgets, schedules; manage stakeholders; apply EVMS techniques; and oversee DevSecOps and production support adherence.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience, with 3+ years in IT, plus familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules and resources.
• Coordinate across departments to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Apply EVMS techniques and manage cost variances throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document change control items and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Produce weekly and monthly project status reports for stakeholders.
