Job summary

Voyatek seeks an experienced Project Manager in White Plains, NY to lead IT infrastructure initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects, managing budgets, timelines, and risks while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a strong technical background with experience in network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud services, and security, plus excellent communication and governance skills. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT project management experience focused on infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical background in network, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud and security.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and KPIs; manage risks and issues proactively.
• Communicate status and progress to sponsors and leadership; maintain governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align scope with organizational goals.
