Job summary

TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project/Program Manager in Westchester County, NY to lead critical enterprise initiatives across networking, cloud services, and security.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while aligning with governance and technical standards. The role demands 10+ years in IT PM with PMP/PgMP, strong infra domain knowledge, and proven vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience focusing on infrastructure.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong background across networking, cloud, servers, storage, and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage infrastructure programs and projects aligned with business objectives.
• Drive programs across cloud platforms, networking, and digital employee experience.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and KPIs with senior stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project teams; coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage RFP processes, vendor selection, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity alignment, and data protection compliance.
