Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PM certification preferred (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).
• 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience, including large, complex initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level projects (CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data integration, or cloud).
• 5+ years engaging with business units, technical teams, and executives to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to lead diverse project teams, set direction, and influence outcomes.
• Experience navigating organizational change and driving projects in evolving environments.
• Data-driven insights to guide project planning and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large IT projects across departments.
• Engage stakeholders and present project updates, risks, and metrics to governance groups.
• Provide direction and support to cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, issues, and budgets; publish status reports.
• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives and vendor management across networks and services.
