Job summary

Trigyn Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead IT project delivery within a government client context.

You will own project plans, manage the SOW, coordinate with the vendor, and ensure work stays on scope, on time, and on budget. The role requires seven years of IT project leadership, strong contract management, and SDLC experience; PMP or ACP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of IT project management with leadership on 3+ successful on-time/on-budget projects.
• Strong contract management skills.
• Good SDLC experience.
• Experience with cloud-based project implementations desirable.
• Deploying a large packaged, COTS solution in the cloud desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a project plan per industry standards and practices.
• Manages the project SOW and adheres to change control processes.
• Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders and agency personnel.
• Directs work planning and scheduling for project activities.
• Tracks and manages progress against the project plan.
• Serves as primary contact for project-related issues and resolutions.
• Leads procurement activities for the project.
• Maintains up-to-date project financials.
• Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies and tracks to closure.
• Ensures compliance with standards and procedures.
• Captures and reports project performance metrics.
• Ensures alignment between stakeholders and project activities through communications.
