Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or another IT-related field.
• 5–7 years progressive IT infrastructure/operations experience; able to perform under stress and deadlines.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with vendor management and infrastructure lifecycle planning.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional business units and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and high performing systems.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor IT infrastructure staff by setting priorities and evaluating performance.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure environments including networks, servers, endpoints, IAM, collaboration platforms, and AV systems.
• Manage lifecycle, governance, and security of digital workspace platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, endpoint management).
• Lead IT service management and incident response, including root cause analysis and improvements.
• Partner with Sr. Director of IT on roadmaps, budgets, cybersecurity, and risk mitigation; manage modernization initiatives.
