Job summary

The General Board of Global Ministries in Atlanta is seeking a Sr. Manager of Information Technology – Infrastructure & Operations to deliver strategic direction for the agency's core tech architecture, enterprise networks, and computing environments.

You will partner with the Senior Director of IT, translate policy into execution, oversee data center operations, and lead teams managing systems, virtualization, collaboration tools, and AV. Hybrid work schedule and generous salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive IT infrastructure/operations.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with vendor management and lifecycle planning.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business units.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of IT infrastructure and operations to ensure reliable, secure systems.
• Mentor infrastructure staff and set strategic priorities.
• Oversee networks, servers, endpoints, IAM, collaboration tools, and AV.
• Manage digital workspace platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online) and licensing.
• Lead IT service management, incident response, and continuous service improvements.
