Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IT leadership, ITIL foundations, and hands-on experience with IT service management and ServiceNow. Requires ITAR U.S. person status and locality within 50 miles of Dallas or Minden.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven (7) years of IT leadership experience.
• U.S. person required under ITAR regulations.
• No immigration sponsorship; no relocation benefits; within 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX or Minden, LA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Zone support team operations and escalations.
• Lead budget, forecast, and cost control across sites.

• Ensure Lean Daily Management, 5S, RCA, and continuous improvement.
