Job summary

Eaton's Fibrebond campus in Minden, LA seeks an Engineering & Projects Manager to lead project delivery for the Data Center portfolio. You will mentor PMs/PEs, define team structure, and coordinate with HR and customers to meet commitments.

Role requires strong leadership, engineering understanding, and ERP relevance; travel and on-site duties are expected as projects progress. Salary range is competitive with a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Six years of progressive project/program management experience in manufacturing or technical environment.
• One year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and understand building drawings and site plans.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and set performance expectations for Project Managers and Project Engineers; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define organizational structure, role clarity, and succession plans for the team.
• Partner with HR to support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
• Communicate directly with customers and their representatives; ensure project flow.
• Manage project to meet customer specs and track changes in scope and change orders.
• Enter project data in ERP and maintain BOMs; create status reports for customers.
• Coordinate scheduling with production, installation, and field services.
