Job summary

Eaton's Data Center Solutions division is seeking an Operations & Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing, test engineering and operations for configure-to-order data center products.

You will develop scalable assembly and test processes, deploy production infrastructure, and partner with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Program Management to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing operations in a production environment.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, manufacturing engineering, and test engineering to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time assembly and testing of CTO data center products.
• Develop and execute the site's manufacturing and engineering strategy to support business growth.
• Manage and develop manufacturing engineering, test engineering, and production teams with leadership and accountability for results.
• Establish standard work, routings, test procedures, and visual management to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to support new product introductions and production readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost-out and productivity initiatives using Lean and data-driven methods.
• Oversee capital equipment, automation, facility expansion, and test infrastructure projects to improve safety, quality, throughput, and capability.
