Job summary

Archbold is seeking an IS Infrastructure Director to oversee all aspects of information technology administration, networking, desktops, and support systems. This role partners with IS/IT leadership to plan disaster recovery and long-term IT strategy in a healthcare environment.

The director will recruit, mentor, and manage staff, oversee budgets, and ensure service desk effectiveness while maintaining strong customer relations across Archbold.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in Information Technology or equivalent experience in a job-related field.
• Experience in Healthcare IT preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Experience in disaster recovery readiness and IT infrastructure planning.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, implement and monitor all phases of information technology administration, networking, desktops and support systems.
• Lead long-term IT strategy development in collaboration with IS/IT leaders.
• Recruit, mentor and manage staff; oversee budgets and departmental operations.
• Maintain service desk effectiveness and customer communications across the organization.
