Team Select Home Care seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure team and provide hands-on support for escalations, integrations, and critical operations. You will manage cloud-based and hyperconverged on-premises systems, ensuring reliability, security, and scalable performance.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, strong leadership, and experience with Windows Server, Azure, 365, Nutanix, backups, and monitoring tools. Healthcare/HIPAA experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure experience including cloud-based and on-premises systems.
• Experience leading or supervising technical teams is preferred.
• Healthcare, HIPAA-compliant environments experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure team supporting cloud-based and hyperconverged on-premises systems.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and performance development for team members.
• Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Serve as hands-on escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
