The position requires high-level technical expertise, policy coordination, and COR responsibilities to ensure timely, compliant IT deliverables across nationwide and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert IT support, guidance, and leadership for agency-wide projects.
• Represents GSA in meetings with industry and other agencies to develop standards.
• Plans and integrates agency-wide network hardware/software upgrades and maintenance.
• Leads IT tasks, conducts cost-benefit analyses, and ensures compliance.
• Acts as COR FAC II level or higher, monitoring contractor performance and procurement.
