Qualifications

• Nine IT competencies required by the IT Specialist role.
• Experience in planning and integrating agency-wide IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert IT support and guidance across agency network hardware and software.
• Leads IT projects and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver nationwide IT services.
• Acts as COR and oversees contractor performance and deliverables.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies.
