GSA is seeking an IT Specialist (Infrastructure Facilities) to provide expert project management and technical guidance across IT organizations. The role focuses on planning, upgrading, and maintaining agency-wide infrastructure, with leadership in complex IT tasks and cross-agency collaboration.

The position involves coordinating with policy officials, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards while supporting nationwide IT services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated IT competencies with complex, high-level IT work.
• Ability to provide guidance and act as a resource to IT staff and management.
• Experience in planning and integrating agency-wide IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with contract oversight and procurement processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert IT support and guidance for network hardware/software upgrades and maintenance.
• Lead IT projects and collaborate with agency and industry representatives to develop standards.
• Plan and deploy hardware/software and infrastructure to maintain system integrity and accessibility.
• Identify customer needs, analyze requirements, and lead teams on IT tasks and projects.
