Job summary

Les Olson Company is seeking a senior Engineer 3 to deliver advanced design, implementation, and leadership across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will architect, deploy, and support complex solutions while mentoring junior engineers and driving automation initiatives.

You will serve as a Tier 3 escalation resource, shaping security, identity, and operational efficiency programs and partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience including hands-on infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering.
• Experience designing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, support, and troubleshoot complex on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, security, migration, and transformation projects.
• Mentor Engineer 1 and Engineer 2 team members; participate in architecture reviews and solution design.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and deployment methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers and align technology with business objectives.
