Job summary

Learning Technologies Group PLC is seeking a senior infrastructure leader in the United States to own and drive the design, automation and operation of hybrid infrastructure spanning on‑premises and AWS. You will set technical direction for compute, networking and platform services, scale and secure systems, and mentor others across hosting.

You will lead end‑to‑end projects, govern changes, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable hosting solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
10+ years of industry experience in infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain hosting pipeline and automation infrastructure.
Own the technical vision and architecture for hosting infrastructure across compute, networking, and platform services.
Proactively identify infra optimization opportunities.
Be hands-on in scaling and securing the company’s infrastructure.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define requirements.
Communicate trade-offs of technical design.
