Job summary

Impulse Space in Redondo Beach is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to own operations, reliability, and automation of core infrastructure supporting engineering, manufacturing, and corporate environments. You will be the senior operational resource responsible for uptime and platform maturity.

The role spans on-premises datacenters and cloud, leading complex troubleshooting, deployments, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

3+ years in enterprise infrastructure environments.
Experience with Windows Server administration.
Experience with Linux systems.
Experience operating virtualization platforms in production environments.
Experience automating administrative workflows using scripting and IaC.
Strong understanding of infrastructure dependencies and service architecture.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operation and reliability of assigned infrastructure platforms.
Administer enterprise server environments across on-premises datacenters and cloud platforms.
Maintain Windows and Linux systems supporting engineering and business workloads.
Lead response and resolution efforts for complex infrastructure incidents.
Perform advanced troubleshooting across compute, identity, storage, and dependent services.
Ensure systems maintain high availability and predictable performance.
