Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co seeks a strategic Director of IT Infrastructure to lead multi-property technology platforms powering our hospitality environment. You will drive infrastructure strategy, reliability, and high‑performing teams across locations, supporting networking, data center operations, virtualization, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise infrastructure, networking, or data center operations.
• Experience managing technical teams in a large-scale, multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical operations.
• Expertise with enterprise networking including Cisco, Ruckus, and HPE platforms.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus data center networking and VXLAN technologies.
• Experience supporting VMware virtualization and Nutanix storage or hyperconverged infra.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, routing (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), multicast, and network architecture.
• Experience with network monitoring platforms like SolarWinds IPAM, NPM, NetFlow.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and application delivery technologies.
• Strong PM, budgeting, vendor mgmt, and ops planning skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).",

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Infrastructure team supporting 24x7x365 resort operations across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned to business goals and growth.
• Oversee enterprise networking, telecommunications, data center operations, virtualization, storage, and server infrastructure.
• Manage lifecycle, inventory, and refresh strategy for technology assets over $20M.
• Oversee Citrix Apps and Desktops, virtualization platforms, and Nutanix storage.
• Partner with Home Office on enterprise projects and cybersecurity programs.
• Ensure high availability and resiliency of networks and systems; test DR/BCP.
• Direct change management for upgrades, implementations, and decommissions.
• Manage infrastructure projects, prioritization, resources, status reporting, and execution.
• Develop infrastructure standards, docs, diagrams, and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology contracts for value.
• Support operational and capital technology budgeting.
• Travel to resorts to support deployments and needs.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to team needs.
