Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando seeks a strategic Director of IT Infrastructure to drive corporate and resort technology platforms supporting a multi-property hospitality environment. You will lead 24x7 operations, enterprise networking, data centers, virtualization, storage, and asset management across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Ten+ years leading enterprise infrastructure, networking, telecom or data center operations.
• Experience managing technical teams in a large multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical operations.
• Expertise with Cisco, Ruckus and HPE platforms.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus data center networking and VXLAN.
• VMware and Nutanix storage or hyperconverged infra experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), multicast, and network architecture.
• Experience with SolarWinds IPAM, NPM, NetFlow.
• Experience with Citrix Apps & Desktops and application delivery.
• Strong PM, budgeting, vendor mgmt, and operational planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT Infrastructure team supporting 24x7 resort operations across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute infrastructure strategies to support growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee enterprise networking, telecom, data centers, virtualization, storage, and server infra.
• Manage lifecycle, inventory, and refresh for technology assets >$20 million.
• Oversee Citrix Apps & Desktops, virtualization platforms, and storage infra.
• Partner with Home Office on enterprise projects and cybersecurity programs.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and resiliency of networks and systems.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Direct change management for upgrades, maintenance and decommissioning.
• Manage infrastructure projects with prioritization and reporting.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, diagrams, and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Support operational and capital technology budgets.
• Travel to properties for deployments and support.
• Maintain attendance and support team/organizational goals.
