Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead IT infrastructure deployment for Real Estate and Site Services across the Americas, ensuring offices, labs, and sites open and operate smoothly.

You will coordinate across IT, Facilities, Engineering, Security and external partners, turning plans into funded, on-time results, from planning to go-live and handoff. This role rewards structured execution and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
• 12+ years in technical program management or large-scale IT delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional infrastructure programs.
• Experience delivering office, lab, site, or data center infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infra: networking, compute, storage, security, user support readiness.
• Proficient in planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, and reporting.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure delivery for office builds, lab buildouts, relocations, expansions, and site upgrades
• Drive programs from planning through deployment, validation, go-live, and operational handoff
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria
• Partner with teams across Enterprise Networking, Compute Platform and Services, Storage, Security, UCE, IT support, Facilities, and Engineering
• Develop BOM estimates and coordinate procurement, vendors, materials, and installation schedules
• Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear deployment plans
• Track and resolve blockers related to construction readiness, lead times, legal or contract review, circuit delivery, and changing scope
• Run project reviews, stakeholder updates, and executive communications
• Help improve deployment workflows, templates, and operating processes across the RESS portfolio
• Support a smooth transition from project delivery to operational ownership
