NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Server Engineering Operations Team. You will bridge execution and strategy, driving programs across R&D Engineering Operations and delivering measurable results for enterprise server platforms used in datacenters and by leading CSPs.

You will lead cross‑functional coordination, define end‑to‑end project plans, improve infrastructure stability and uptime, and define KPIs with data‑driven metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a TPM or hands‑on leader coordinating multiple engineering teams
• Experience handling sophisticated infrastructure deployments in enterprise hardware environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, planning and execution for Datacenter Server product deployments in internal development data centers
• Develop and lead end-to-end project plans to improve infrastructure stability, observability and uptime
• Define and drive KPIs and metrics across projects
• Provide hands‑on program management through analysis, design, development, testing and post‑implementation phases
• Collaborate across diverse technical groups and organizational levels
