Qualifications

• Active and transferable Secret security clearance required before start.
• U.S. citizenship required; sole citizenship; dual citizenship not permitted.
• Experience building teams and managing projects in aerospace/defense.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–20 software engineers overseeing DevSecOps and cyber engineering.
• Oversee full software lifecycle for special access programs from bids to delivery.
• Drive design and continuous improvement of DevSecOps practices.
• Provide technical leadership to the software infrastructure team.
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with program needs and priorities.
• Mentor engineers and foster team success.
• Communicate updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
