Job summary

Trissential is seeking a Senior Functional Business Analyst – IT Infrastructure & Security Focused in Milwaukee, WI. This role combines business analysis with IT infrastructure, security, and digital workplace transformation, emphasizing Microsoft 365, Teams, and Copilot adoption and change management.

You will partner with executives, technology teams, and business units to improve processes, enable technology, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise tech initiatives.
• Experience in infrastructure, security, or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to map processes, create BRDs and functional specs.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives and stakeholder needs to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements through the project lifecycle
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting business documentation
• Translate requirements into system flow diagrams, functional specs, and solution recommendations
• Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management activities to support technology adoption
• Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and business teams to define objectives and deliver value
• Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Contribute to enterprise infrastructure, security, and digital workplace modernization initiatives
