Job summary

Trissential, LLC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead high-impact modernization programs across cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, and platform lifecycle management. You will partner with enterprise architects, engineers, vendors, and executives to drive strategy through successful delivery.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, and risks while coordinating multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure technology projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from discovery and planning through deployment, validation, and operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners for successful delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and financial reporting.
• Identify risks, dependencies, compliance requirements, and mitigation plans.
• Communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives; deliver status updates and reports.
• Lead planning across multiple infrastructure workstreams and ensure alignment with priorities.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from discovery and planning through deployment, validation, and transition to operations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, milestones, and resource plans utilizing Microsoft Project
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, third‑party vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, monthly accrualsand financial reporting
• Identify project risks, dependencies, compliance requirements, and potential roadblocks while driving mitigation plans
• Serve as the primary communication liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Deliver project reporting, executive‑level presentations, status updates, and steering committee communications
• Facilitate planning and execution activities across multiple infrastructure workstreams
• Ensure alignment between enterprise infrastructure initiatives and organizational priorities
• Support infrastructure lifecycle and modernization efforts across critical technology platforms

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure technology projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Proven success leading cross‑functional teams within complex technical environments
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, or modernization programs
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation capabilities
• Experience managing budgets, project schedules, vendors, risks, and dependencies
• Technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure platforms and technologies
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams across large‑scale initiatives
• Strong organizational, negotiation, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills

Desired Technical Experience

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
• Additional Agile, project management, infrastructure, or cloud‑related certifications are highly valued
