Job summary

The ideal candidate will blend business analysis with DevOps and change management perspectives.

You will translate requirements into user stories, build specifications, support testing, training, and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with User Stories and building them with customer workflows.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience as an Analyst.
• Understanding of BA principles, processes, techniques, and workflows.
• Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Ability to represent end users' needs in a software development environment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communications; strong consultative and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional specifications including workflow, data mapping, and business rules to clients and development staff.
• Translate customer requirements into User Stories and acceptance criteria; propose solutions.
• Develop and document specifications for development.
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Support gap analysis and estimate project impact with Architects and Developers.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and Production Support for changes.
• Demonstrate changes to clients ensuring coverage of business needs.
• Create training materials and provide training in various formats.
• Manage multiple priorities with effective organization and communication.
• Lead client and internal team meetings; coordinate delivery tasks.
