Job summary

Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC is seeking a Senior Professional of IT Hosting Services to deliver hosting services across the North America region, including cloud and on-prem environments. You will oversee infrastructure across Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems, while coordinating with global teams to meet project milestones.

The role requires 3–5 years in hosting service delivery, strong knowledge of VMware/OpenStack, ITIL practices,

Qualifications

3-5 years minimum experience in hosting service delivery focusing on stability, security and customer satisfaction.
Proficient in server, storage and backup hardware management with installation, setup and maintenance expertise.
Experience with virtualization solutions such as VMware and OpenStack.
Proficient with Windows Server and Linux operating systems installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with backup systems including Veem and Commvault.
Experience with public IaaS usage and management, especially Ali Cloud.
Knowledge of ITIL-based service setup and operations and service catalog management.
Willingness to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial plants.

Responsibilities

Support hosting services across the North America region, including cloud and on-prem environments.
Administer and maintain server, storage, backup and virtualization infrastructure.
Coordinate with Global Hosting Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Strategy teams.
Provide after-hours support and participate in maintenance activities as required.
Perform incident, problem, change, and service request activities to meet SLAs.
Monitor health, performance, and availability; address issues proactively.
Assist with planning, testing, implementation, documentation, and deployment of projects.
Collaborate with customers and vendors to understand service requirements and resolve issues.
