Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC is seeking a Senior Professional, IT Hosting Services to deliver hosting services across North America. You will plan resources, monitor progress, and drive service and project outcomes from Novi, Michigan.

The role requires hands-on administration of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies, with after-hours support as needed and collaboration with global teams. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience delivering hosting services with focus on stability, security, and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with server, storage, and backup hardware management; capable of installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with virtualization solutions (VMware, OpenStack) including install and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux installations, configurations, and maintenance.
• Proficient with backup systems (Veem, Commvault) installation and management.
• Experience with public IaaS, especially AliCloud, including cost and compliance management.
• Familiar with ITIL-based service delivery and service catalog management.
• Knowledge of datacenter, monitoring, security, and related central computing services.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites including industrial manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• Provide hosting services across the North America region, including cloud and on-prem environments.
• Maintain infrastructure technologies (servers, virtualization, storage, backups).
• Coordinate with Global Hosting Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
