Responsibilities

• Lead regional IT strategy aligned with global business goals.
• Manager IT projects across regional plants with funding approvals.
• Coordinate IT requirements, gaps and solution delivery with leadership.
• Oversee IT staff performance, recruitment and development.
• Drive IT cost optimization and standardization across the region.
• Ensure compliance with BOS, EHS, information security and policies.
