Job summary

Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Co. Ltd. in Novi, MI is seeking a Senior Professional, IT Hosting Services to deliver hosting services in line with SLAs and drive successful projects.

You will manage planning, resources, incidents, and service delivery across Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and data center infrastructure. Collaborating with Global Hosting Management and vendors, you will ensure operations run smoothly, support after-hours maintenance, and contribute

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum supporting hosting service delivery with focus on stability, security and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in server, storage and backup hardware management, and related installation/maintenance.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and OpenStack.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux environments, installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with backup systems (veem, Commvault) and public IaaS management (AliCloud).
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service setup, operations and service catalog management.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites including manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• Host services operations across the North America region, including cloud and on-premises.
• Provide operational support during business hours from the Novi, MI office and participate in after-hours maintenance.
• Perform incident, problem, change and service request activities to meet SLAs.
• Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address issues for stability.
• Support project execution with tasks, planning, testing, documentation and deployment.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and global teams to ensure service delivery objectives.
