Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Hosting Services Engineer to support hosted data center environments and identity sources such as Active Directory and EntraID. The role manages on‑prem and cloud infrastructure across global locations, ensuring availability and security while contributing to disaster recovery planning.

The candidate will work with Azure IaaS/PaaS, SCCM, SCVMM, virtualization, and storage technologies, participating in on‑call rotations and developing automation to improve operations.

Qualifications

• College degree in computer science, information sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and enterprise backup solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HyperV and VMware virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency with patch management and vulnerability remediation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage local, global, and cloud data centers objectives.
• Administer on-prem and cloud platforms and maintain configurations.
• Provide ongoing technical support for on-prem and cloud environments globally.
• Implement changes, upgrades, or removals of systems.
• Collaborate with partners to deploy new infrastructure as needed.
• Ensure security standards meet requirements and address deficiencies.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and incident remediation.
• Draft operational documentation as requested.
• Support Azure IaaS/PaaS, SCCM, SCVMM, virtualization, and storage platforms globally.
