Job summary

Empower AI in the United States seeks a Senior Computer User Support Specialist for the Enterprise IT Service Desk, providing comprehensive technical support to users including Very Important Persons (VIPs). The role involves ticket resolution, customer service, and coordination with other teams for solutions.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree, significant experience in IT support, and must possess or obtain Public Trust Clearance. This position is performed remotely.

Qualifications

• Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification required within 120 days after hire.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve trouble tickets from users.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with other teams for solution documentation.
