Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior IS Technician to support CVS stores in El Cerrito, CA and nearby areas. The role includes hardware installation, asset management, and repair work across multiple locations.

You will perform staging, configuration, and bench repairs, refurbish returned hardware, and process warranty claims. A background check (MVR) is required; driving to sites is expected with mileage reimbursed weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in CVS stores in CA areas.
• Administer asset tracking using CVS software systems.
• Provide staging, configuration, and bench repairs of CVS store hardware.
• Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
• Process warranty claims and record production details and inventory movements.
