Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior IS Technician to support CVS stores in El Cerrito, CA and nearby areas. The role includes hardware installation, asset management, and repair work across multiple locations.

You will perform staging, configuration, and bench repairs, refurbish returned hardware, and process warranty claims. A background check (MVR) is required; driving to sites is expected with mileage reimbursed weekly.

Job Description

• Assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in CVS stores in the Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom CA areas.
• Administer asset tracking using CVS software systems.
• Provide staging, configuration, and bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware.
• Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
• Process warranty claims and accurately record all production details and inventory movements.

Critical Information

• Remote (video or phone) and in-person IV process involved.
• Work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
• Onsite as needed; driving between CVS locations in the area is required; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license necessary.
• Must have previous hardware repair experience, ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Constant walking and standing; occasional heavy lifting up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Reimbursement for miles driven on weekly expense reports at CVS reimbursement rate.
• Safety-sensitive role; background check including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
