Job Title: Senior IS Technician

Assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in CVS stores across multiple locations. Perform hardware repair, staging, and configuration for store equipment, including refurbishing and QA of returned hardware. Administer asset tracking using CVS software systems and process warranty claims. Accurately record production details and inventory movements. Work independently on repairs and installations, ensuring excellent customer service.

Critical Information:

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential weekend and holiday shifts. Remote work is permitted; onsite as needed. Driving between CVS locations required; must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and MVR clearance. Constant walking and standing; lifting requirements up to 80 lbs with assistance. Work involves using CVS software systems, completing paperwork, and providing technical support.
