Job summary

Weaver is seeking a Senior Associate or Supervisor to join the GRC team in Fort Worth, TX. You will help execute SOC 1/SOC 2 engagements, ensure ITGC and SSAE compliance, and supervise junior staff while collaborating with IT and audit teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, initiative, and multi-engagement management within a high-performing services environment offering growth and professional development in governance, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, CS or related field.
• 4-6+ years of public accounting experience.
• Familiarity with SSAE standards, SOC guides, GAAP and IIA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements and objectives.
• Supervise Associates and Senior Associates on engagements.
• Communicate effectively and manage multiple assignments.
