Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior IT/Technology Project Manager with GIS project experience to lead a large-scale modernization initiative. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive design, business case development, implementation, go-live, and closeout, partnering with a third-party consultant and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will combine enterprise technology PM expertise with GIS experience (ArcGIS/Esri) and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

5+ years of IT/Technology Project Management experience.
GIS-related technology project experience.
Proven success delivering complex, large-scale enterprise technology projects.
Experience leading projects from initiation through go-live and closeout.
Experience managing enterprise software implementations, upgrades, migrations, or conversions.
Strong knowledge of Waterfall SDLC and structured project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead a large-scale GIS technology initiative from design through business case approval, implementation, go-live, and closeout.
Assess project status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
Develop a realistic implementation roadmap and integrated project plan.
Create resource-loaded schedules with MS Project, including milestones and baselines.
Coordinate work across GIS, IT, architects, stakeholders, and vendors.
Lead scope, schedule, risk, issue, and dependency management.
