Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of IT experience, broad expertise in systems administration, networking, and security, and strong communication skills to support attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on IT experience, ideally in a small professional services environment.
• Broad expertise across systems administration, networking, security, and user support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, and modern security tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to attorneys and staff (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, printers, and network infrastructure; oversee Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint environments.
• Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and upgrades; administer line-of-business apps (NetDocuments, iManage, SharePoint).
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations; enforce IT security policies and compliance.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires on firm systems and applications.
