Job summary

System One seeks a Senior IT Generalist in Oklahoma City to oversee the organization’s technology operations. You will be the primary technical resource, managing systems, supporting staff, maintaining security and compliance, and ensuring reliable IT performance across the office.

This hands-on role offers broad responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence stability and security in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IT experience in a professional services environment.
• Broad expertise across systems administration, networking, security, and user support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, and modern security tools.
• Ability to autonomously manage technology and support a wide range of needs.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to attorneys and staff (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems.
• Offer training and onboarding support for new hires on firm systems and applications.
• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Oversee Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and SharePoint environments.
