Job summary

System One in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized leader who can drive cross-functional teams from initiation through implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience managing IT projects in corporate or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously through the full project lifecycle.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinate activities among technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Manage change requests and project documentation.
Support process improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
