Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare unit is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT leadership and manage IT operating and capital budgets, delivering actionable insights that drive financial and operational results.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and weekly/monthly IT reporting across IT and related functions, and handle ad hoc requests with accuracy under tight deadlines in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, specifically related to budgeting and forecasting, and a demonstrated knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Demonstrated computer skills, including an extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the IT organization, including operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage the IT P&L by analyzing monthly financial results, identifying variances versus budget and forecast, and providing commentary to leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting cycles for IT expenses, ensuring alignment with priorities and initiatives.
• Track and monitor project spend, resource utilization, timelines, and financial performance across the technology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility into IT spending and investment returns.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close activities, including accrual reviews and variance analysis.
