Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Netsuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for IT operating and capital expenses.
• Analyze IT P&L and variance commentary for leadership.
• Lead annual IT budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT spend and ROI.
• Collaborate during month-end close with Accounting and validate variances.
• Deliver insights to IT leadership to support data-driven decisions.
• Produce weekly/monthly IT and cross-functional financial reporting.
• Handle ad hoc analytics with accuracy and speed.
