Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT and finance leaders, manage IT operating and capital budgets, and deliver insights that drive financial and operational results.

You will develop models, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting, lead budgeting cycles, monitor project spend, and provide data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage IT P&L, analyze monthly results, and provide variance commentary.
• Lead annual IT budgeting process and forecasting cycles.
• Track project spend, resource use, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and add-on reporting tools.
