Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare unit seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to partner with IT leadership and project stakeholders, manage IT operating and capital budgets, and deliver actionable insights to drive financial performance across technology initiatives.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting cycles, and monthly closes with accounting, while producing dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to communicate across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for IT operating and capital expenses.
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances.
• Lead IT budgeting cycles and forecast updates.
• Track project spend, resources, and timelines across technology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variances analysis.
