• Analyze IT P&L monthly, explain variances, and provide leadership commentary.
• Lead annual IT budgeting cycles aligned with priorities and initiatives.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance across IT portfolio.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to improve visibility into IT spend.
