Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare unit seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT and finance leaders, manage IT operating and capital budgets, and deliver insights to drive financial and operational performance.

You will own planning, forecasting, and reporting for IT, lead budgeting cycles, analyze variances, and provide actionable commentary to senior management. 3–5 years in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and Netsuite experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances against budget/forecast.
• Lead annual budgeting cycles and align IT spend with strategic initiatives.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance across IT portfolio.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to improve IT visibility.
